Well it would be great but it would be nice if you would send me invoices because I can’t send it in to insurance without them. I’ve tried getting them off the website it doesn’t work.

Better Quality

I have been using these on my dog for years. I was going to write you about the quality of the chews. I mean for years they would arrive always broken up. So much I had to use a small measuring scoop to gather what I thought was the proper amount. Now last shipment and this one I noticed they are arriving all whole and not powdered. Thanks for improving them.

Product quality has declined significantly!

I have purchased this product for several years but in the last year the quality has deteriorated. The pieces are broken and it just ends up in crumbles in the bottom of the bag. I will be looking for a replacement, as this is a waste of money!

More quality control needed

No longer a good product. I've purchased this product for the past decade for our dogs. For the last two years, I've noticed that half the chews arrive broken and the other half of the bag is all crumbs and powder! Wasting money.

No longer a good product.

No idea what has happened to this product, but the last few purchases have gone downhill drastically. First they were a different color and dry. The next order was the same with the addition of about 1/3 of the bags being crumbs. After years of purchasing this product, I guess it's time to look elsewhere.
