The active ingredients in Cosequin ASU, glucosamine, MSM, and chondroitin, work together to help protect the cartilage in your horse's joints by supporting healthy cartilage matrix as well as inhibiting the enzymes that breakdown cartilage. The addition of ASU acts synergistically with both glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate for additional joint support. Furthermore, the combination of these ingredients has been shown to work better than glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate alone at preventing the breakdown of cartilage.

- Give by the mouth.
- For the first 2-4 weeks, give your horse an initial dose.
