Hill’s Science Diet - Oral care - Adult
Vet recommended this food, we have a small yorkie, we break up food but she still has difficulty chewing the LARGE pieces.WHY CAN YOU NOT MAKE SMALL PIECES for her small mouth, I do not understand. All size pets should be included!

My dog LOVES this food
My dog loves this and hopefully it will help keep his teeth in good shape and he will need less professional cleanings. I hate having to have him put under anesthesia.

Use treats for oral care instead of the rx T/D
I used to buy hills T/D which is rx only. I switched to this non rx hills oral care and use daily as treats instead of a meal. they love them! I give to large dogs. * these are quite large pieces apx 1/2 "+ in size . recommend contacting manufacturer if you have a smaller dog.
I also use Maxiguard gel a few times a week rubbed on gums. teeth are looking much better and even a big chunk of tartar came off back molar on my 10 1/2 yr old aussie. my furbabies are seniors now and I am afraid to put under anesthesia. almost lost my rottie from dental/anesthesia. it was touch and go. A lesson learned to keep up home dental routine. This food is palatable and it can see it helps. even neighs dogs sniff my pocket on walks to get these as treats!

A Godsend
Right now, my new dog absolutely will not let me brush his teeth (only had him 8 weeks now, so hopefully he’ll start letting me in the future). My vet recommended this, and it seems to be working well. His teeth still look nice and white. I feel better about his dental health with this. Thanks for having this in your lineup!

My picky Cavapoo loves
My 2 year old Cavapoo was getting stains on her teeth. I brush her teeth daily and use this food about 4 per meal 8 per day. She always eats them first and whines at the bag she likes so much. Stains are gone and she is eating something complete and balanced. I would give for her regular food but it's too low calorie for her. I recommend it to all my friends too.

Kibble is too large for a small dog
My little 10 pound dog doesn't really like this food, but he will eat it if we cut the large sized kibble into 4 small pieces. I wish it came in a smaller size kibble.

Too Big For Small Dogs
My dogs love this food but the kibble is too large for my small 8 lbs dog as well as my older terrier.
Why do they not come in small bites. Woks good for my 50 lb dog.
