- Making the Switch to Pro Plan:

I've been buying this product for 4 years for my dogs. It has gone from a shredded blend to a powdered blend. I am throwing out totally inappropriate amounts of dog food dust, the stuff I used to just find in the bottom of the bag, is now throughout the bag and in a large volume. see images for 15 cups of food.

Great dog food. Excellent results!
I just switched to pro plan Toy Breed for my chihuahua and she is doing great on it. She loves the little kibble it's easy for her to chew and she seems to be calmer since starting this food. This dog mom is happy and so is she.

SO FAR, SO GOOD!
My 2 y/o male GSD has been on Purina Pro Plan since weaned as a puppy and was recommended by my breeder. He loves this flavor, and I usually top it off with other complete nutritional dry food. At his current weight of 90 lbs, he's in great condition and is a great protector...most of it due to his continued energy levels from using this product. Reviews are just that...opinions. Dogs are all different in responses to effects of the food.

Changed Recipe
My Husky is 4 years old as of tomorrow. He’s been on Purina Pro Plan since he was 2 months old. But since Friday night he’s had bad diarrhea and vomiting. But when I took him off to not feed him and give his tummy some ease. It stopped. I gave him a bland diet Monday and he was fine. I gave him his dry food yesterday and the diarrhea is back. It was a brand new freshly opened 35 pound bag on Friday I fed him out of. I highly believe it was his food. Since he hasn’t had any treats or anything. Did you guys change the recipe and not say anything? This can be harmful to our fur babies.

Never using again!
I'm from Ohio and I've used purina for a while and had no problems till a few weeks ago. My dog had passed on Friday the 13th. My family thought it was parvo. It was the dog food. It had metal shavings inside of the food. My other dogs will never use purina again!
