- The amount of food your dog needs can vary based on age, activity level or other food and treats given, so be sure to work with your veterinarian to determine an appropriate weight for your dog, and to make any necessary adjustments to their feeding.

CHANGING TO A DIAMOND NATURALS FORMULA: Changing your pet's diet should be a gradual process. Start by adding a small amount of your pet's new food to their current food. Gradually increase the new food amount and decrease the current food amount at each feeding. Continue this method for approximately one week. For sensitive dogs, extend the period to 10 to 14 days.

Dimond dog food
I come from a small town and the vet has been very well trusted in our area for years! I adopted a dog that was left there behind at the door step of the vet and she recommended using Dimond brand dog food! So I have been for 13 years now on my 4 labs! Unfortunately one has pasted away in this time frame but been feeding them lamb & rice up until 3 months ago I've switched to salmon&potatoe skin coat.why may you ask?! The age of them are 12,9,2. Aside of normal lab skin allergies I've faced thru the years,the lamb and rice flavor was my every day use for all 4 labs! About 5 months ago I went to buy dog food and lamb&rice was available so I grabbed the salmon flavor and wow!! Been using since then and the results from moderate to light itches they always had to no itching! Understand I'm aware of labs skin and coat health and provide them with as much love as I would if I had children! All four have been treated like a man's best friend and 3 of them are proud duck retrieves that go in weather and water conditions that most humans wouldn't dare to try! With that said, my vet hasn't ever been wrong and I highly recommend to all lab owners at the very least to use any of Dimond products and at the very most use the salmon edition if you notice lil more itch out of them then normal and you will see results asap! True story from a guy in Michigan and Avery, Darla and Yami (🐶🐕)all say Ruff Ruff!!!

Trying salmon and potato recipe.
I have fed diamond, natural lamb and rice for the longest time, but one of my german shepherds still ahead itchy skin. So I tried this after a friend recommended it. All of my dogs are eating it now, and the one that has skin issues is doing awesome! I have been very pleased with the change! I have always trusted Diamond and they have always done well, for me, over the last forty years.

Great food for dogs!
I have been buying Salmon and sweet potato for about a year now, and my dogs just love it. My lab has less gas and his coat just shimmers. I also have 4 small senior dogs that are doing very well on it. The bite size pieces are good for both size dogs. I am very pleased. Highly recommend!

Our lab loves the salmon and potato
Pur chocolate lab is 4 yes old and we've had him since he was 9 months. We have always fed Diamond Naturals, but switched him to the salmon and potato variety a bout a year ago to help with some skin issues. He loves it and is doing well.

Best food for puppies through adults!
I have used Diamond Naturals for many years. I recently struggled financially and switched brands thinking I was saving money. However, my dogs had looser stools, pooped more often and my Lab became thin and lost skin and coat quality. Within a week of switching back, my dogs are showing amazing vitality, pooping less, my puppies are calmer and less ravenous. Thank you for an excellent product. I will not switch again!
