We love NULO!!
This food has done wonders for my diabetic 11 year old Boston Terrier. We switched to the adult trim formula October 2023 and by December his glucose numbers had improved. He has steadily gained weight back to where he should be after loosing almost 5 lbs post diagnosis. I will continue to recommend this brand, we've even switched our cats to this brand because we are so so happy with the results.

Ultimately not a success...
When our bag of Nulo FreeStyle Adult Trim Dog Cod and Lentil dog food arrived, both of my dogs were immediately intrigued. Their noses were almost glued to the bag! The one who seemed most interested was the dog who happens to be in need of the "trim" food option, so I was happy to see her reaction. Both dogs tried out a sample immediately and gobbled it down. The in-need-of-trim pup begged for more. Unfortunately, when the next mealtime rolled around, neither dog would touch the food. I added in treats, mixed with their regular food, and tried a few other ideas. Nothing worked. They simply wouldn't eat the food again. It was really disappointing. I love the ingredients (and lack of grains and allergens) and was hoping for a good result. I will definitely try other flavors, but the Cod and Lentil one was not a hit with my dogs.

Picky Pup Approved
My old boy is such a picky eater and I thought this would be another food he would need "sauce" in order to eat. To my surprise he gobbled up breakfast and dinner with out complaints! Seeing as this was the cod I was prepared for his stinky grenades and yet again I was surprised that this did not cause the stinky air. We are both pleased with Nulo!!

Great food
I have a Doberman and a Great Dane, both have dry skin and dull coats. After switching to this food, they both have nicer coats with no dandruff. I was hesitant to switch food because I was worried they would have stomach issues. The first couple of days on this food my Doberman has loose stool but that went away quickly. Other then that, there were no other stomach problems. It is so hard to find a dog food that is not only grain free, but white potato, tomato pomace, and tapioca free as well. All of these are common alternative carbohydrate sources in grain free foods that, while they are not "bad" for dogs by any means, can cause digestive upset in certain individuals. Nulo does not use any of these ingredients, and is chock full of healthy meat and veggies instead. If you are looking for an all around great quality dog food, look no further than Nulo.

My furbabies loved it
We have 3 dogs (and 2 cats). The second I opened this food, they all were wanting to get a taste (even the cats). One of our dogs ilcan be picky and also has a sensitive stomach. She absolutely loved this food and it did not upset her stomach at all, which usually happens if she eats something new.

More fiber and less fat calories.
I was excited to have the opportunity to try Nulo freestyle high-protein kibble trim cod and lentils dry food. I have been looking for the best dog food that contain healthy ingredients with no filler or additives. My dog is a very picky eater so finding a good quality food that he enjoys can be challenging. He really like the taste and texture of this food. He eats all his food and didn't cause stomach upset. I like that it provides the protein and amino acids dogs need and includes more fiber and less fat calories. I recommend this dog food to my friends and families who have dogs.
